Lamb with Cumin was good, was hoping for a little more peppercorns and red pepper and cumin but still good. The Mapo Tofu was good but didn't taste any little bits of pork at all. Overall, flavor was good.

Flavor across the board was good. Salt and pepper shrimp*（椒盐大虾） was great and I know they punctured holes in the Styrofoam to help keep it crunchy which I appreciated but it wasn't- also used to and expected more garlic and onion bits, especially for the price but overall it was good and the shrimp cooked right, a smidge overdone but better overdone than underdone. The Pork juicy dump (8pcs) （小笼包8个） had good flavor but no soup or broth inside as advertised which is why I got it as opposed to the other pork dumpling option. Mapo Tofu was good but just a few bits of pork which was disappointing considering the price. The Spicy dumping* (8pc) （红油水饺） (PLEASE correct the spelling) was the only fabulous item that would make me order from here again for sure - I would definitely order 2 of those again. The menu items in general are very pricey but I'm willing to try other menu items because overall the flavor was good.

Lamb Skewers (4 Pieces) were completely coated in red pepper flakes. tasted nothing of lamb at all just red pepper flakes. they were dry as well. Steamed Pork Juicy Dumpling (8 Pieces) were almost all split open and leaked everywhere before we even got them. Chongqing Spicy Chicken was more pepper than chicken, barely enough protein for a single serving. even the rice was got was not cooked and completely crunchy.

BBQ duck half(明炉烤鸭半只）was dry and no sauce was sent. Good flavor but salty and dry. BBQ Pork Fried Rice was great. Egg Drop Soup is huge but lacking flavor.

The Crab Puffs (8 Pieces) barely had any cream cheese but the chicken lo Chicken Chow Mein was great and the portion size is good for the price
