Szechuan is named after Szechuan or Sichuan cuisine, which originates from the Sichuan province in southwest China. The complex flavors …
Great food, authentic taste. The Cumin Lamb was excellent and reminded us of food found in western China. The green Szechuan Green Beans were solid but the Spicy Cucumbers were not spicy. Overall great stuff.

The shrimp with asparagus was 95% asparagus and about 5% shrimp. I would expect more shrimp for a dish that cost more than $20.

This was the absolute best Chinese food that I've had in recent memory. The egg roll was crispy and flavorful. The Black Bean Sauce (Lunch) with fish was savory and the fish was perfectly cooked and tender. The lunch specials were a fantastic deal. I also got the Dan-Dan Noodle to try, which were delicious.

The Peking Noodles (Jjajangmyeon) was pretty disappointing. The last time I ordered it from here was probably 5 years ago and I remember enjoying it. However, this one was not at all savory and delicious as how jjajangmyeon should be. The sauce was very liquidy (chef definitely did not thicken it up), too gingery in flavor, and overall just not good. It's a must for the sauce to cling on to the noodles for maximum taste, but this really missed the mark. For almost $20, it was not worth it.

This is a fantastic find in the NE metro! We loved the Kung Pao Kung Pao Chicken -- crisp veggies (though not enough sauce as others wrote), the Egg Egg Rolls (2), Cream Cheese Wontons (6). The best items, though, were the handmade Szechuan Dumplings (6). Incredible! We will definitely be back.
