Gave me the crappiest donuts they had it seemed. Thought they were going to be in the big donut box and instead they cram them all in a small box. They were for my son's 8th birthday and they were such plain donuts. I will definitely pick my own dozen next time if I'm paying almost $20 a dozen.

They crammed all 5 filled, cake and long twisted donuts into one of those tiny bags and they NEVER give me by Bavarian filled donut. They always replace it with cherry or raspberry. If they don't have it I'd rather just be refunded.

The donuts were so old that the icing fell off the doughnut and the donuts were stale. This is one of my favorite places, and I was very disappointed.

Growing up on their donuts, it’s nice seeing they have kept up their amazing customer service and their donuts are still amazing

Pre order but still have to wait as they don't get your order together for pick up time. Why set time if they are not going to work on your order till you get there?
