Hands down THE BEST brisket plate I've had in the Baton Rouge area! Smoked to perfection and so tender. Perfectly seasoned and the bbq on the side was top tier. The sides also did not disappoint which is usually a hit or miss most places. Baked beans and dirty rice was perfect! Kiss the chef!

My order was placed through DoorDash...I ordered a 2 meat plate with brisket and ribs with the 2 sides.. I asked in special request if they could put my 2 sides in separate containers. Immediately after excepting the order I received a call saying they were out of brisket. Wasn't major, however I was looking forward to the main attraction, asked if they would double my ribs, there was hesitation, however they did go with my substitution. I received my order... VERY flavorful. But since I asked for my sides to be in separate containers, my ribs were wrapped instead of coming in a to-go plate... And I also didn't receive my Roll

The food was amazing! I've never had a brisket so jucy and tasty. The service was great as well. I didn't know that Baker had such a gem.
