Always a pleasure ordering T4. I love how crisp and greaseless the Basil Popcorn Chicken is, and the portion is more than enough for two.

I really wanted to like this place… I first tried the Boba tea which was good and the popcorn chicken alright. The only thing missing was the side sauces to dip the popcorn chicken. They completely forgot and were a little dry. The poke bowl was OVERSTUFFED. To the point it kinda grossed me out. Might give it one more try

Finally on DoorDash! Still the best boba in town so far in my opinion. Basil Popcorn Chicken is really good but the Crab Rangoons (8pcs) could be better I think. Not sure if it's the amount of oil that gets stuck in it but I sure do feel queasy after.

Chicken Lumpias (8pcs) were really good!! Crab Rangoons (8pcs) weren't what I was expecting. Not a huge fan of the wrapping used. Honey Peach Royal Tea was really really good!! Adding aloe made it even better.

Gotten the large and small poke bowls and both were delicious. So many options, even if youre not a fan of raw fish. The egg rolls and the shrimp rolls were crispy and fresh, with lots of sauce options. The mango and guava iced teas were also very tasty and refreshing. Highly recommend
