They have forgotten to include the boba in the drinks on two separate occasions. Sometimes the basil popcorn chicken is overcooked or too salty. They are usually on time--even early most of the time but yesterday the order wasn't ready for about 30 after the estimated time. I think it could just be some of the new staff need more training.

Mozzarella Cheese Sticks were atrocious - cold breaded string cheese. Potsticker was ok, Passion Fruit Royal Tea was a little artificial.
