The Birria Tacos Dorados con Queso from Taco-Taco is the most excellent by far. We use these their Birria's as a means of measure. So far, No one can measure up to Taco-Taco. Everything is good, the food, the quality, quantity, and the service. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent.

Thought I was getting Birria tacos. I got one small taco that had no salt in it. Quesadilla was OK, but mostly one note again, the cheese and the beef kind of blended together lacked distinct flavor in the meat. Very greasy leaking everywhere.

I have been looking for these made this way for a long time...no other place can make them taste this good. melted cheese and beef with that crunch 😋

The food has always been consistent and they give you generous portions. Birria Tacos Dorados con Queso are always on point! The fries could be a bit crispier when you get Pollo Fries or Asada, but other than that everything I got was great!

Food Truck Review – First Visit
I usually don’t go for food trucks, but the birria tacos on the menu caught my eye, so I decided to give this one a try. I ordered three items: the Asada Burrito, the Birria Quesadilla, and the Carne Asada Fries. Here’s my breakdown:
Birria Quesadilla or tacos (I haven't tried)
This was hands down my favorite. The meat was flavorful and tender, and the quesadilla wasn’t overly greasy, which made it enjoyable to eat. I’d definitely order this again.
Asada Burrito
A bit of a letdown. The burrito was on the smaller side, and instead of the salsa standing out, the rice took over the flavor. Not bad, but not memorable either.
Carne Asada Fries
Probably my least favorite. They were pretty greasy and the fries turned soggy fast. That said, the carne asada itself had good flavor, but overall, the texture wasn’t appealing.
Overall Recommendation:
If you stop by this truck, skip the fries and burrito. Go straight for the quesadilla you’ll get the best balance of flavor and quality without the extra grease.
