So glad I found this hidden gem. The Quesadilla De Birria and the Elotes Preparados were both absolutely delicious. There was so much food I have plenty left for dinner tomorrow. I'll definitely be back to try the other menu items next time I visit family.

The Ramen Birria was a huge portion which can feed two or one if you're really hungry lol the flavor was amazing, not spicy which is something I don't tolerate at all, also the meat was clean clean! Like I mean no fat pieces floating around that kind of clean! I have not had any like this before.
The Mango sweet tea was actually really yummy!!!! Not too sour but not too sweet either!

First time trying taco'n madre gdl 
We got the Con Madre Pizza (Birria) and Tostitos con elote y Birria both were amazing and very flavorful. Portions were great. Freshness of the food was great. Would definitely order again.

Everything tasted delicious. Tacos Estilo Guadalajara were so filling, my mother and I could only eat one each. The Elotes Preparados was tart and covered in tajin. Definitely a new favorite place.

By far the best Horchata and Birria Tacos Estilo Guadalajara. Ive ordered from here several times and it's been amazing quality every time. They even ran out of cups tonight and still found a way to make it work!
