This Crunchwrap Supreme® Beef was empty somehow, I really should have taken pictures, the edges are literally empty, then lettuuuuuce, and somewhere in the middle I was able to find the beef, not sure this is done on purpose because it is a Buy One Get One. Anyways will not order it again, but to be fair, it tasted good (in the middle).

A for effort because many restaurants don't even bother with instructions. Really appreciate it! However they forgot the nachos and cheese in my Value Box which was really sad :( The Nachos Supreme tasted a little stale too. Will still order again because they DO listen!

I was disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell. My order was incomplete, as the drink I paid for was missing. It’s frustrating to pay for an item and not receive everything included in the order. I hope the staff take more care when checking orders before handing them over to customers.
