The Chalupa Supreme® was perfect, not soggy, but not too hard where it hurt the roof of my mouth to eat lol. The nachos were def soggy, but that's my fault for ordering nachos for delivery. Bean burrito was good, as always!

There  were no sauce packets in the bag. including the 4 Avocado Verde Salsa Sauce Packet that I paid extra for. The beans on the Nachos BellGrande® were crusty hard, and the Nacho Fries had little to no seasoning on them. Poor quality of food.

Ordered several sides of cheese sauce which were filled less than a 1/4 full (no exaggeration). Did not cut the Mexican Pizzas in quarters. And the burrito was almost all tortilla. Oh, and they didn't give us any hot sauce (at all).

I paid for a soft taco supreme . Absolutely the worst item I've ever seen was delivered . I've had this before and it not only looked like the picture , it was worth over $3.00. Tonight it arrived flat with about 1 tablespoon of meat a bunch of soggy lettuce , etc. sooo angry

Bite size piece of chicken for a chicken taco and of course they forgot 2 of our items. This is a recurring problem, won't order again.
