They got my whole order right! I love their Nacho Fries and this time they were fresh and hot :)
I don't expect it to be fresh every time but this was a nice surprise.

Th Ellsworth location consistently forgets items or makes them wrong. All of our food was cold, the cheese for the chips n cheese was basically empty, and they forgot two of our tacos. I am disappointed I couldn't choose to order it from the Washtenaw location where the employees at least care a little bit about their jobs.

All items arrived hot and fresh. The Crunchwrap Supreme®  was perfectly filling and the Crunchy Tacos were tasty as well. I would order again.

I really love Taco Bell and their food is outstanding, but be warned when ordering online from them as almost every time you do, if it isnt just the item how it normally is and you do anything special with it, they will just not listen. Sometimes you will actually get your order exactly how you wanted it, but more often than not it will be incredibly incorrect.
