each time ie ordered latey, the food is hard as a rock, like it's old and expired.  the fries were so overcooked they were hollow. and I only got 4 little pieces of chicken instead of the10 piece I ordered

Most of it was cold, one of my items was all beans instead of no beans and you're telling me I'm paying near 9$ for this as a Nachos BellGrande® , I don't get everything on top but even with it this all you're gonna get for beef and cheese??

tasted like they haven't changed their fryer oil in a month.  Enchirito® was slapped together and flat.  both Crunchy Taco Supreme® were soggy and falling apart.
