I paid for an extra chicken for the Cantina Chicken Bowl but haven't got it. This is the first time I ordered from Taco Bell and also the last. Completely disappointed.
Apart from the extra chicken, I got less chicken and rice in the bow but filled with sauces, it is very creamy. I didn't like this much.

Food was cold. Cheesy Double Beef Burrito was coming apart and flat with contents coming out one side. The chalupa was not cook all the way. It was not crunchy or golden brown as if it was not heated. Crunchy taco was good.  The tortilla on both burritos were hard.

Meal was fine except for the nachos. Those chips were funky tasting and seemed stale. If you want to get a box order something other than the nachos, cinnamon twists are aight. I'd order again but just watch out for those nachos

The drive-thru employees were extremely poor. I ordered ahead of time and went to pick it up. They are now telling me to come back through the drive-thru again. There are seven cars in line behind me, and I've already been waiting for fifteen minutes.
