The food was really good! Especially the Beefy Melt Burrito. The Nacho Bell Grande was good too, but whoever fixed it thought I was ordering off the kid menu. It was small with more tomatoes than me with little cheese.

I have NEVER EVER in life had such a horrible experience. Our order was $100 and NONE of the food we received was worth it.Supreme Taco Party Pack  Chalupa Supreme  both had like 3-5 cubes of tomatoes, barely any lettuce and a drop of sour cream. Like these were Supreme tacos and a Supreme Chalupa!! The Taco shells were stale and the Chalupa shell was super old... like if I could leave 0 stars I would. This was from TB in Philly. I was home visiting my dad and grandma and at 89 years old this was her first experience with tacos... awful. Told her we will definitely get authentic ones next time. This TB also didn't have a way to order drinks... like what in the world!? If this was the TB in VA, we would've had a slightly better experience. I wanted a refund but was too caught up with spending time that I didn't reach out to support quick enough. This was the WORST Taco Bell ever. Do NOT order from there.

Ordered a dozen tacos and they were all just tossed loose into one bag with no protective sleeves or separation. By the time I got home, most of them were smashed and falling apart. I've ordered from other locations  and usually get some kind of protective packaging — not this place. On top of that, two dessert items were missing from my order entirely. Won't be ordering from this location again.

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but this location is horrible! The tacos were soooo skimpy as far as portion size, the Chalupa Supremes were rock hard, and I never even received my Cheesy Gordita Crunch that I paid for!! Extremely disappointed but not at all surprised. Never Again!

I ordered2 tacos and a beefy 5 layer burrito. the tacos had only refried beans and the beefy 5 layer was mostly refried beans
