This place is my new favorite. Only tried the birria and shrimp tacos so far, but they were spectacular. Reasonably priced too....highly recommend!

1st time trying Taco Island so I was a bit unfamiliar with the menu. Ordered Taco De Birria but picture showed 3 tacos. It was positively delicious but there was only ONE taco - so be aware! If you want 3 you need to order 3! Same with Beef & Cheese Empanadas - it may be plural on menu but you only get ONE- - so order accordingly. It looked beautiful but was mushy paste on the inside- not a fan. Queso & Chips Reg & Guac & Chips Reg were fine- nothing special. Pollo Asado (Chicken) Quesadilla was tasty & really well made & packaged. I will order again & try other items. Will definitely reorder the Taco De Birria but next time X 3!

the Taco De Birria are the bomb!!! they come with plenty of birria sauce too so you have extra for the free nachos or you can order a side of fries to go with it. it's ONE taco for that price, but worth it.

This place is awesome. Better than Moes, Chipotle, etc...the chimichanga is particularly excellent. Have ordered a few times, never disappointed. Everything is very tasty, and very filling. Our new go to Tex Mex source.,
