I ordered extra meat, cheese, bean , guacamole for both items didn't even get close to a normal amount of items let alone the extra additions I overpayed for . The burrito was cold, built wrong, all of the soure cream was clumped in the end, rice was cold dripping water, no flavor or spices, even with 4 cups of hot sauces no flavor or taste like wet paper. I tossed the entire order in the trash, watery sodas, waste of $48.99, taken advantage of I will never order anything from this place again, I used to be one of the stores "Mystery Shoppers" I called, messaged, still haven't received a response I sent email with photos. I don't care how busy they claim to be your business relies on getting customers orders right not ripping ppl off! Not the only store to take advantage if you add additional ingredients you won't get them. The customer is right doesn't apply to Concordia, you don't get what you pay for you get less than.
