My son wanted to buy me lunch today and I been wanting to try it all week for the birria ramen. We got the birria tacos, quesabirrie and the birria ramen. All I can say is OMG!!!! New fav place to order from. This place is absolute fire! Love the consome. The salsa is nice with a slow heat.

The cucumber water was good. But the taco it's $4 for one taco and I didn't like that. Wish they would say it only come with one taco. The taco was very tasty I just wish there was more. I'd probably order again but not the taco lol. Super fresh hot and juicy asada

This is the best Mexican food in town. Hands down. I've lived in many areas with amazing Mexican food and this is top tier. Perfect meat, tacos with the homemade tortillas were bomb, burrito was so good, sopes were perfectly cooked and flavorful! Big portions and I'd order this again and again if they stay in Williston. So fresh- 10 out of 10.

Very excited to see that there is a place in town that uses hand made corn tortillas! The tacos were delicious and had great flavor.
The rice however was hard and dry. I must've got the last of it that had been sitting for a while.
I still recommend this taco truck for delicious and authentic Mexican tacos.

This is by far the best Mexican food available! The taco shells are incredible and you can tell they were made fresh! I've ordered from her many times and I will continue to order from her. I've never been disappointed.
