I went in a several times, either at the bar after work, or went with a guest and sat at a table. Like I checked off above , the food is always consistent. When I first went, I was alone, and sat at the bar. Right away, the bartender gave me nachos with two different sauces . One mild and the other one spicy. They were terrific. May I add, that I also had a strawberry margarita, which was delicious. I'm not sure if that's the signature cocktail, but it should be. I ordered several dishes, but my favorite is the chicken leg tacos. Delicious, dark pieces of chicken meat. Moist and tasty. It's wrapped in a soft flower tortilla. Besides the chicken, there is a lot of cilantro and some kind of flavoring that I can't quite pin my finger on. Also, comes with a sauce,. You can eat a plain or use the cilantro sauce. You can eat it plain, or you can pour over the tacos. Can you say delicious? I also did a food delivery service last summer 2024. I had frequent trips there. That's my first contact with the place. They get a lot of orders and they're ready quite quickly, even though they're cooked to order. The process is always smooth and consistent. I never once had a problem with any order. It's wonderful to walk in, hear the music going,hear the crowds, and smell the delicious aromas.
I'm giving Tacos el Tios five stars out of five, for food, atmosphere, and service. This also includes how the foods prepared and presentation. I always say positives first there's just one negative. You should be aware that parking is limited there. There are a lot of shops and businesses in that small complex. Try to go there for lunch, or early or late dinner. No big deal, all in all, I will keep going back there. As long as they stay true to their customers and don't change anything.
