Okay, so upfront—this place is really good. I’m not out here handing out fake praise for every taco I try. I’m just another Mexican out here with a serious love for tacos and cravings that hit hard at 10pm—and I gotta say, this spot delivered.
The quesabirria taco was bomb. Crispy, cheesy, juicy, and that consomé? Tasty! Same with the carnitas taco—shockingly good. I’m not even a huge carnitas lover, but this one? Soft, seasoned, flavorful. They did it right.
Now, this place is definitely going on the list of spots for legit Mexican-style tacos. I’m picky, especially with meat, and if you know me, you know I check my tacos before I even take a bite. I literally scan for fat and gristly pieces, and I can tell you—besides the al pastor, which wasn’t my favorite and had a few of those fatty bites—the rest was super clean. Minimal fat, nice texture, and you can see in the photos: my plates are basically empty except for those tiny bits. That says something.
So why not a 5 out of 5? Because while it was delicious and totally hit the spot....it wasn’t mind-blowing. I reserve that 5-star status for the spots that leave me shook! Regardless, this place is very good and I recommend it! I’d definitely come back and think of this place next time I’m craving tacos.

Tacos La Villa is our new favorite place! Birria tacos are the best, but carnitas, asada, pollo are all really good too. And the chips? Oh heck yeah, they're fresh and crispy/crunchy but not greasy. Salted just right to go great with their salsas and guac.
We're excited to see another location coming to Visalia on the northside.

if ur looking for something small to eat on ur lunch this is perfect!! super cheap and comes with rice and beans. love how warm the food was an how much meat was in the quesadilla. they use fresh mozzarella and threw in two salsas for free! definitely coming back again!

The regular burrito had a lot of rice, half the burrito was rice but it did taste good and the Burrito supreme was good as well. Good food good price. Will definitely buy again. If you like spicy try the habanero salsa. Very hot!

This place is delicious. Great portions. Always feels fresh. Order it once a week. The Chilaquiles are amazing and the tortas are even better. Just recently discovered it but try it out. This place is fantastic
