I love this place from the moment they were a food truck to a restaurant. Yes I can now find them on weekends. Everything is fresh and their salsas amazing! The owner isalso super cool. I got mid through my meal and forgot to take a picture. Man was it yummy!

First time trying the food here and we LOVED it! The flavor was above and beyond the typical Mexican restaurants around. Our favorites were the Cocktail De Camaró,
side of Beans, and the Tacos Governador. I'm not sure what they were putting in those refried beans but they were phenomenal!

The Pizza Birria was the star of the show (really just a giant birria quesadilla) and for that reason I will be going back, however, everything else was lacking. TheJugo De Naranja Small was probably just minute maid (despite the description saying it was fresh) and came in a kids meal cup with pictures of animals on it (not in itself bad, but gives you an idea of the size...) The Fajitas De Carne was good but not worth the price. The tortillas were delicious but the meat flavor was laking, as was the rice / bean portion (very delicious though). I was also very disappointed in the Churros Cheese Cake. It came with fresh strawberries, but the cheesecake itself was dry with very little flavor.
Will be back - but will be avoiding those items.

Some of the best homemade tortillas in the Salt Lake valley and some of the best avocado salsa in the Salt Lake valley. Very consistent with quality. Always flavorful and will happily order again.
