Papa Asada with trompo and bisteck was really good and had plenty of meat and a buttery flavor with lots of cheese. The borracho beans were just like the ones my mom used to make at home. The meat by the pound was really delicious my favorite was the trompo but the bisteck was good too. I called and after hearing what the pound of meat came with was surprised with all I received for the price. I got tortillas, grilled onions, potatoes, cilantro and onions, a grilled chili, beans, and three types of salsas that were all Very good. I would definitely order again and recommend everyone try it.

Papa Asada Chicken had great flavor and was filling.
COMBO 2 papa asada with asada meat also had great flavor.
Charro beans were deliciously spicy.
Chile torreados were grilled well and spicy.
The tacos were also good despite the double tortilla

The asada tacos are small tacos but there were 5 tacos I think - can't remember cause once I had one I couldn't stop. They were flavorful. And the order was quite filling. I ordered some beans and potatoes. The potatoes are boiled with no spices but I took care of that with a little butter and salt/pepper. The beans were excellent but the serving is about a quarter cup. Yes I would eat their tacos again! Very Yummy.

i was so hungry my big back ate one before leaving a review but they are tasty as per usual ! a few pieces of dry/tough meat here and there but it was mostly juicy & tender. lots of meat ! could use some more chz though, would add extra next time.

TACOS COMBO(6) Trompo/AlPastor tacos from Vitali are super good! Ive been to the place a few times & the tacos de Trompo put Vitali's within the top 5 best taco spots in San Antonio. The meat is always seasoned exactly how it should be, no blandness like most San Antonio Mex spots which baffles me & the portions are perfect! I dont order the mixto or bistek because the meat looks boiled & I like my taco meat grilled , but if they did begin grill it, it'd be game over for the competition! The order comes with borracho beans, grilled onions, cilantro with onions, & the infamous packaged salsas. Dont be fooled by the packet salsa as one reviewer griped about because they taste GOoD an 100% home made plus given that it's sealed, I know my salsa is always going to be sanitary and fresh. The green salsa is the best! After dressing the tacos w all the condiments and taking your first bite, you will be a returning Vitali customer! Again, until the bistek is grilled, I recommend the TROMPO TACOS COMBO(6) if you want a for sure great meal and money well spent!
