Wow! The Papa Rellena con Birria / Birria Stuffed Potato was a such a delicious surprise. I expected a baked potato with little bits of filling. What I got was the potato without the skin and so much incredibly tender birria so tender chewing was hardly necessary, lots of perfectly grilled onions, sour cream, cilantro and lime - so much more than I had expected. This is a dish I will enjoy ordering again and again.
