"Mexi-Fries" were tater tots, tacos were skimpy, "Burrito" taquitos with no toppings other than beef, and all of the food was pretty bland.

During my recent visit to Edmonton , I chose this location because it was the closest option available for my DoorDash order. Unfortunately, several issues made the experience disappointing.

The Mexi-Fries were refried and overcooked, and the classic beef burrito was bland. I was also surprised to find it pressed like a panini rather than served in a fresh soft tortilla, which is what I expect from TacoTime. The dessert crustos had very little cinnamon and tasted as though it came from an old batch.

The most significant concern was the absence of hot sauce even though each item picture on their menu displays a hot sauce container. Hot sauce is a core part of the TacoTime experience, and there was no option within the app to request it. This greatly affected the quality of the meal.

These issues are consistent with other reviews for this location, and I encourage the team to take this feedback seriously and improve the overall quality and consistency of the food and service.
