an easy escape to morocco in our own backyard! efun and so delicious. our favs were the seafood couscous, the bastilla, the mezze platter - all insanely delicious and authentic. and the host is the best!!

Disappointed with the Couscous Royal
I was excited to order the Couscous Royal, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. It’s definitely better to eat this dish at the restaurant because, as shown in the picture, everything came together in one plastic container. Any true couscous fan knows that the broth should be separated so you can control the amount you want.
To make matters worse, the portion of vegetables was disappointingly small. One of the key elements of a good Couscous Royal is the generous variety of vegetables, but that was lacking here. Overall, this dish was far from the authentic Couscous Royal experience I was hoping for. I wouldn’t order it for takeout again.
