It's our first time to try this restaurant and we got the XXL - Hainan Chicken Rice. While not exactly the Singapore Hawker kind I am used to, their Chicken Rice is definitely close enough and can definitely fulfill your craving for one. The rice it came with is sticky and gingery, which I loved.
The price isn't bad at all, too, because of the generous serving of chicken and the extras it came with.
Once they received our order it came out fast and got to us in a good amount of time.
We'll definitely order again and try their other items the next time.

The M01 - Original Hainan Chicken Rice is very simple yet full of flavor! The chicken was juicy and the rice was fragrant. The Ta1 - Tea 9 Signature Milk Tea was perfectly sweetened and milky without being watered down. Always a 10/10

Their chicken with the sauce is so flavorful. The chicken is cooked in a way that it is tender and allows for the sauce to be the centerpiece for flavor. The rice is a wonderful compliment that has it's own wonderful flavors. I say that this food is good because they thought about all the flavors of a dish and how they play with each other on our palette.

Rice texture felt undercooked/hard, making it a little difficult to eat even when I soaked it in broth :(. But people are right about the amazing portions and how great the fried chicken is! Unfortunately, rice makes or breaks the dish for me so I'm not sure I would order again. I also got the Tea 9 Milk Tea which I absolutely loved, the boba had great texture which can be hard to find nowadays.

Absolutely blown away by Taishi Hainan Chicken! I ordered the Original Hainan Chicken and it was perfectly prepared—tender, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth good. The rice was fragrant and cooked just right, but the real standout was the broth—rich, savory, and deeply comforting. It honestly tasted healing, like something you’d want on your best or worst day. This is the kind of meal that feels like it was made with care. Arrived hot, packaged well, and absolutely hit the spot. Will definitely be ordering again!
