Order the Giant chicken chop Bento, I was very confused as the photo shows multiple side dishes but it was delivered with cabbage only. I called the store but they blamed doordash didn't update their photo as they only give one side dish now. False advertising...What bento only got cabbage( extra salty). I also ordered Yakut green tea. Unsure why they delivered normal green tea. Store claimed they put the wrong one but I looked at the slip they delivered they put green tea on the slip, unsure if they did this on purpose. I also ordered Yakult Green Tea twice previously. First time it tasted normal but 2nd time didn't taste like first time so I thought I would give it a try again but they didn't even deliver the right item. Bento with one side dish only is not really a "Taiwanese" bento. I probably won't order from here again.

How come your bento products are getting so poor and poorer? This is just Sausage and rice with one boiled lettuce. Not a freakin bento. Not worth it

The porkchop is nothing like what it shows on the photo , the side dish is terrible (cold cucumber with carrots ) porkchop itself is soggy and they put extra sauce to make it too salty and uneatable .

I ordered Basil Chicken Nuggets Bento but it didn't really taste or smell like basil, there was no basil in the Bento at all... There was some kind of spice on the rice but that also didn't really smell like basil either, kind of looked like someone put some meat on top of the rice and then took it off. The chicken was crispy and there is not too much batter on the outside of each piece so they were very satisfying, they weren't greasy at all so I didn't feel heavy after eating. I might try a different Bento next time though.
