Staying in town for a short while and came across Taj Palace when a massive craving for Chicken Saagwala overwhelmed me. The recipe they use is delicious, the chicken was tender and perfectly cooked. I enjoyed it so much I ordered again a few days later and this time added Aloo Bengan. The eggplant and potato complimented each other very well. Eggplant was thicker, meatier cut than other places that tend to mash it up. I was pleasantly surprised by the consistency and flavor! Overall, delicious.

I was never a curry fan, probably due to not having good experiences when I tried it at other restaurants. But then BEHOLD! Taj Palace!! I am hooked and any other restaurant pales in comparison.
