Taj was founded by a group of best friends who had a vision to open a restaurant that would help dispel the many misconceptions about Indian food and make it more accessible to westerners. They intend…
Gulab Jamun, serving size is 2 for the price it should be twice that. But the food was all delicious otherwise. Lamb tender and fragrant.

flavor was good as always, but the portions are crazy small and over priced. I've eaten here a few times, and gotten takeaway as well, and gotten a lot more than this before. not sure what changed but these portions are a joke for what you're paying. 1. Vegetable Samosa was over $8 and I got 2 samosa. 30. Saag was ok but about half the size of an entree elsewhere.

Taj:Modern Indian Cuisine is a fabulous restaurant to savor the exotic tastes of the Indian Subcontinent! The distinguished culinary team prepares a variety ofdishes representing the diverse regions of India and makes the spice level to one's preference. I prefer to get mine extra hot and spicyl!
Today, I ordered Fish pakora,VEG Pakoda , and Veg Samosas, all scrumptious and mouth-watering appetizers that go well for any occasion. Everything turned out well, as always!
I would certainly recommend this venue for anyone on the Space Coast wanting to try authentic Indian Cuisine. I have never had any bad experience with any of my orders, and I want to extend my compliments to the dedicated and enthusiastic staff and management!!!

We had a terrible experience with them several months ago. with it being new management we gave them time to work out the kinks and tried again. I regret to say but they didn't improve. I was missing the veg samosas out of my order today as well as the raita that was supposed to be included with my biryani. The biryani had two small pieces of chicken in it and although I hit the spicy option, it was anything but. In fact it didn't even taste like any biryani I ever had. The usual spices that I am used to, was not there. My wife got the chicken Tikka masala. She said it was bland and didn't taste like Tikka masala. It also had a very sweet and odd taste. The portion size of both our orders have been reduced which is unacceptable considering both these dishes cost 22 bucks. Other Indian restaurants in the area charge less, give you more and actually taste like Indian food. If you think this food is good but don't have experience with other options, I urge you to try around. last straw!

Well the food was ok. The vindaloo sauce was thin, although it had good flavor. I got lamb and paneer mixed in mine which they gladly accommodated. Unfortunately the lamb was a bit tough and gamey. The paneer was good, tho. My wife's lentil soup was also thin and didn't actually have any lentils. Maybe that's how it's supposed to be? Naan was good both regular and garlic. Portion sizes are honestly pathetic tho. About 1/3 of what I would expect for the price. I ordered dessert and instead of 9 pieces like the picture showed I got 2. Overall a disappointing experience.
