Takara is hands down one of the best Japanese restaurants I’ve ever been to. Every dish was incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The sushi and sashimi were some of the freshest I’ve had, and you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. Everything tasted authentic, and every bite was amazing.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy the meal.
The menu has a great variety, so there’s something for everyone, and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The portions were generous, the prices were fair for the quality, and it was worth every dollar.
If you’re looking for amazing Japanese food in Massachusetts, Takara is a must-visit. It’s one of those places that leaves you excited to come back. Easily 5 stars—I can’t recommend it enough!

Bento lunch box comes with rice, sushi, miso soup, salad, tempura chicken, and the protein you select. All delicious! generous portions for a reasonable price. Love this place for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend!

The fried pork gyoza was delicious!!! I could eat that dipping sauce with everything....wish I had gotten more. The beef yaki udon was good really, but I wish there was more meat and vegetables. I'm on the fence about the ramen. The portion is huge...in a good way. It was good but didn't blow me away either.

I was really excited to try this restaurant but it was very disappointing. The food was very bland, especially the shrimp tempura with mango. I barely tasted the mango and there was absolutely no crunch, just straight mush. I wouldn't recommend.

$30 for 10 peices of sushi spent $19 on the Dragon Roll and it was 6 quarter sized peices of sushi
