Driver said that the restaurant said that they wouldnot make our order since they were already sold our for the day, even after accepting and confirming our order. Our driver basically forced them to make our food, however, our okonomiyaki looks like it's about 1/3 smaller than it usually is.

I've had to cancel my order from them on two separate occasions because they never confirm the orders. I've also tried to call them before to check on my order but they dont answer their phone. The only way to receive your food is to order at their store, so I advise to not order Doordash for pickup or delivery from them.
