The Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen is one of the best ramen I've ever had. The flavor is rich, spice was appropriate. Portion size was great. For a vegan dish, this is as good as it gets! Will be order again for sure

I don't know why I try other ramen spots. No one even compares to Tanaka and I've probably been to at least 15 other ramen places in Chicago. The build your own ramen is great - everything is seasoned perfectly. I definit recommend the chicken spicy broth and the pork soboro!

The matcha ramen had no flavor not even matcha flavor. Pork chashu was paper thin ( only two slice ). Toppings were eh for $18. Only good was texture of the noodles.

The Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen and Plain Vegetarian Curry were both excellent. Rich and full of flavor. The ramen thoughtfully was packed separately from the broth so they would retain their texture

I liked that they send the broth and noodles separately, felt fresher. Great portion size, loved the garlic ramen (it wasn't too much) - will order again!
