Absolutely fantastic. The best in the Capitol district for sure. The Tanpopo Spicy Ramen never dissapoints. The mushrooms are springy and delicious, the fish cakes and made to perfection (not too "fishy" at all) and the spicy pork paste & and the pork itself is cooked to perfection. Highly recommend. Great spot.

Flavor and texture of food was delicious! However the amount of fillings for the ramen is down right shameful. There were three quarter size pieces of pork in a $17 ramen bowl and you have to add an egg for $3? That's just highway robbery even compared to NYC where food is notoriously more expensive.  Should update your descriptions to be accurate so that someone expecting a large bowl of ramen for $20 doesn't get shocked by the size they receive. Also usually dumpling orders that cost $9 have six dumplings, on your online order it does not say there are only four and quite frankly would not have ordered if I knew the true quantity. Again your food tastes great! That being said, you set expectations for the prices you charge, and they were not met. In order to avoid a review like this the sizes should be defined as small and please take the time to package and close containers correctly. The lid was not even on the dumpling sauce so that spilled everywhere, since that was in another protective container I know it wasn't the dasher treating it roughly.

Always package very well flavors are delicious. This is the most reliable Ramen place in Albany. Every time I go the consistency is there big portions that I can actually split into two food is always fresh.

The Curry Ramen and Chicken Ramen were both amazing as they always are. Packaged well hot fresh and absolutely delicious. I order from here weekly! Best in the capital region and the portions are generous.

Wow. Just wow. The Pork Dumplings Gyōza were amazing. Perfect sweet pork, thick steamed dumpling wrapper, and a great soy sauce. I might get another order with just like, 20 of these.

The Tonkotsu Ramen was also spectacular. I wish this place was closer to Cohoes, I'd eat there every week. 14/10
