The mixed vegetable fried rice was perfect, no extra sauce or seasoning required. The thai tea, though frothy, was fresh and not made from powder. The wintermelon black milk tea was a little more bitter than I expected, but was still great. My only complaint was that the fried cheese wontons were dry and over-cooked with very little filling in them. Pricing of everything is fantastic.

Kung Pao chicken box was a good portion size and also included a soup. The egg drop soup was perfect except wasn't given crispy wanton toppings for it. The chicken was cooked well but lacked flavor and very very mild. Basical no heat FYI so its not very spicy. Just wanted a little more flavor and soup garnish otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

The Stir Fried Flat Noodle were great, but the Fried Cheese Wonton (4 pcs) 芝士雲呑were waayyy past their use by date. Hard toneat even soaked in sauce. Sesame Chicken Rice Box was edible and *Happy Hour* Iced black Milk Tea with Boba the was perfection

Wow, only thing I was disappointed in is that I haven't tried this place sooner. Great quality and value and the milk tea is spectacular.

We ordered sesame chicken with fried rice, cream cheese wontons and spring rolls. The chicken tasted good but seemed as though it had been in a warmer all day and not fresh at all. It was very chewy. The portion size was good. The rice was good.
Both the wontons and spring rolls were also chewy.
We won't be ordering again.
