• 1/14/26When a Japanese restaurant who's also a famous sushi bar, can't cook their honey glazed salmon medium rare -- and arrives with 2/3 of it well done and the rest medium/well -- it's mind-boggling. I specifically asked for a center cut piece in order to avoid this issue, which has happened before, thinner ends were sent. If I were at the restaurant I would have sent it back. You can't do that with an app, so my review will have to do.

• 6/9/24Normally, I love their steak, but occasionally, like tonight, they did the exact opposite of what I asked when I ordered it medium rare. I added a note saying: "Closer to rare than to medium please." The steak came medium. How hard is it to follow that request?
