This Tapioca Express location does not disappoint! My favorite food item is the chicken snack dipped in ranch! What what! Of course the BOBA Drinks are delicious! I order mine with Almond milk - you can do that with the Snow Bubble drinks! Almond or Soy milk are alternatives but I wish they had coconut milk also as another milk option.
