Everything is made fresh, the day of, at Taqueria Cardenas. NOTHING is canned or processed, everything made from scratch. Best taqueria in Modesto, hands down. If you haven't tried the quesabiria, you MUST. Restaurant and salsa bar is always clean. Luis, Rosalia and their entire staff are wonderful!

Food is amazing! We got the super tacos and super quesadilla and a side of rice and beans. Everything was delicious! I called and asked if they could add limes and grilled onions to our order as there were no special requests options and they added for me and were so nice on the phone. First time ordering from restaurant, we typically go to the taco truck but both are exactly the same!! Carne asada is bomb!

5. Chilaquiles con Huevos Plate was definitely delicious. I would definitely order it for a third time had lots of meat and eggs for protein with fresh.

The food was a very good temperature! the rice is tasty. the (chips) chips & salsa are good but unseasoned, the salsa has a mild and nice heat but a little mid. the Super Burrito is good but needs lettuce. guacamole tastes a little off like it's store bought (but I'm not saying it is!). food is fine but I won't repurchase; prices are high for the flavour and what you get. Fine, but not great.

Meat is all fatty... Asada Fríes are skimpy. order smelled like fish even though I didn't order any. will not be going back Three Quesabirrias was also skimpy and fatty!
