**Taco de Pastor - 3/5**
The flavor of the taco de pastor was good, but I was hoping for the addition of pineapple slices, which I usually associate with this classic dish. While it didn't quite reach the heights of my favorites, it still delivered a satisfying taste with well-seasoned meat. It was enjoyable, but not the best I’ve ever had. I think next time I’ll try to customize it with some pineapple for that extra zing!

Now, let me tell you about the quesadilla de birria—it was nothing short of phenomenal! This dish stole the show and is hands down the best quesadilla I’ve ever had. The generous amount of cheese melted to perfection combined with tender, flavorful birria meat made each bite a cheesy, savory delight. The toasting gave it a perfect crunch, elevating the experience even further. I could eat this every day and never get tired of it!

The burrito de asada was medium-sized but packed a delicious punch of flavor! I appreciated that it was toasted, giving it a satisfying crunch that contrasts nicely with the fresh veggies and rice inside. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and well-prepared. While it wasn’t the largest burrito I’ve encountered, the flavor profile made up for it. I loved the way the ingredients melded together, creating a perfect balance.

Pozole was 8/10 the meat in the pozole was good big pieces so i liked that. I just wish there was more Hominy in the pozole, I love the fact they used real hominy not the canned ones. The drink and choco flan was a 8/10 as well. Would just recommend to put lemon on the side! Thanks :)

Best Quesabirria out here in lake county! I honestly give them a 10/10. The portion on the Quesabirria is perfect and it came to my house hot ready to eat. This is now one of my top restaurants!!
