Absolutely the BEST birria tacos I can find in Nashville. Their consistency in cooking is incredible. Everytime I order, all four tacos are gone in under 10 minutes. The salsa and consome are perfectly seasoned, compliment one another beautifully, and I love that they don't add the fat in the meat. 10/10 every time.

The California Burrito (I chose shrimp for the protein...delish!) is phenomenal & humongous & it comes with a side of excellent fries!! It was enough food for 3 meals for me. The churro was good & had a surprise cherry filling inside it. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a food truck.

We couldn't figure out what to order so we ordered a few of the more popular items. The Birria Ramen was piping hot and soooo flavorful. I'd gotten full and still couldn't stop eating it. We also got a chicken Quesadillas with sides (beans & rice), the chicken was seasoned well and the tortilla a little crispy on both sides. My daughter ordered Chicken tenders and fries, she enjoyed them. I swiped a few of her fries and they were cooked perfectly. Lastly, we ordered the Asada Streets tacos & Birria Tacos—absolute perfection on both. I have found my holy grail!!!

I got the Quesabirria with guacamole added, and a side of Rice and a Churro. It was so amazing I didn't even think about taking a picture once I smelled the food. The Churro had a strawberry jam filling, which I wasn't expecting but it was amazing. Highly recommend this place. This was my first experience with them but it DEFINITELY will not be my last. SO GOOD. 😋

Ive ordered ten times and never been disappointed. 10/10 consistently. If you skip the churros, you're an idiot. I order 5, eat 4, and tell my girlfriend we got 2. Enchiladas and tacos dorodos essentials, but you cant miss at this spot. World class, their food competes with anything you've ever had.
