Just had the shredded beef burrito - it was so delicious and large! Saving the other half for dinner tonight.
Can't wait to try their shrimp quesadilla.

My wife says it was the best Mexican food she has ever eaten. She had an enormous chicken Quesadilla Combo and I had a Tortabirria con Consomé / Tortabirria with Consommé which was perfectly executed, grilled on each side of the bread. Delicious. We will be ordering again.

Everything was freshly cooked, got to me within 30 minutes of placing the order (shocking) and perfectly organized. I ordered the barbacoa gorditas. And although that meat wasn't made or seasoned in traditional forms, shredded beef is shredded beef. Absolutely take it. In the picture i did take, the gorditas also came with parmesan and a green sauce in a sauce cup for convenience. Had 5 tacos, some sides, drinks and a pan dulce. The portions were larger than Texas for the price. Big tacos, big gorditas, tightly packed sides and a large heart shaped bread. My evening was fantastic to say the least. My wallet is happy and so was my belly.
Im going to make their presence known on trucker path for other drivers stopping at this Pilot. Would definitely be ordering again. What a fantastic way to end the week too.

I absolutely love this place all their ingredients taste fresh and the portion sizes are fantastic. I have to say Tortabirria con Consomé / Tortabirria with Consommé is absolutely fantastic and my favorite item on the menu !! if you decide to go to the actual restaurant to eat, their staff is really wonderful as well. This is definitely a local business worth supporting. !

good portion size,sour cream is auhentic mexican or salvadorian, salsa waspretty good.the jalapeño had a kick, i only wish it wereresh. price was ok but would have been better with rice and beans.
