Wish I had a photo to post. Started eating and couldn't stop. Probably the best birria tacos overall.
Full size corn tortilla. Filled with birria. Not skimped out. Real quesabirria where there is a cheese "costra" consomé is super flavorful.
They are doing it right.

I love this Food Truck! Used to drive all the way to the far northeast just for the Quezabirria Tacos, Glad they moved to Central. This is without a doubt the best birria in El Paso. You can taste the freshness of all the ingredients, and the portions are very generous. I just can't have enough!

Al Pastor Crunch Wrap is unbelievable; perfectly crispy, great portion for the price. Freshly made, I could eat these every single week and actually might do just that.

WHEW I was blown away! It was seriously so so good! The Agua de Melon was made with real Melon and I loved the small chunks of fruit. The quesabirria tacos were to die for. So much flavor, nice and crispy with lots of meat and cheese. I'm so glad they are close to where I live, I can't wait to have it again 🙌

food was very good! Meat was seasoned and very tender. They were not soggy, good quality of tortilla. And the consommé oh my god it was rich in flavor and not salty. I will definitely get food from here again!
