every time I order I get the Burrito Xalisco (Supreme) and each time it gets better than the time before. extra sour cream, pastor and Pollo or Asada. best Mexican food in town. very fresh and the portion size was quite good. highly recommend them.

The majority of the time, when I order quesadillas, the chicken tastes very well done and the quality and portion are great for the price. The grill marks add to it, and it usually comes with sour cream, guacamole sauce, a choice of salsa, and lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. Most taco trucks just give you a quesadilla and that's it. Overall, this is one of the better taco trucks.

...it as been a long time since I found a place that every last thing was so flavorful from the sauce to the meat matched with the perfectly cooked tortilla...i will go here for all my Mexican food needs

The Xalisco Fries were decent. I liked that they weren't heavy or greasy. I didn't feel sluggish after eating the fries. The carne asada had a nice smokey/grilled taste to them because they use a charcoal grill. The texture of the meat was good; it wasn't chewy or dry. However, the meat was a bit bland and could've used more seasoning. The portion could've been better for the price because other restaurants are more generous with their carne asada fries. The Quesabirria Tacos weren't that good. It was more bland and the meat was dry and tough to chew. The consommé also came wrapped in two plastic bags instead of a cup and lid. It was lightly seasoned and tasted fine, but it didn't have any onions or cilantro in it. I also didn't get any limes for my tacos or fries. The salsas were pretty standard. The red salsa was smokey and had a nice kick to it, but not overwhelmingly spicy. Overall, the food was fresh but it missed several marks for me, so I personally don't think I'd be ordering again. However, I would recommend this to people who want something light in grease and not overly seasoned. I'd be willing to try it again when they're more established since I believe they only opened a few months ago.

Super delicioso. Their salsas are really flavorful and the smoky taste of the carne is peak. Definitely recommend getting the Burrito Xalisco (Supreme)
