The consome is missing. I based the order on both the picture and the description. So I don't see or know why it's missing, but I'm sure most would agree birria tacos without the consome isn't acceptable. As well as my "special instructions" was either overseen or perhaps ignored. I asked for no onions, just cilantro. Luckily I'm not allergic, I just don't see why waste it, when I am not going to eat it at all. As well as my instruction for avocado and queso fresca was not implemented. The Bistec tacos need more seasoning and we're a bit dry. The Birria tacos were good on their own, but would've been delicious with consome. Overall the food is mostly as ordered, other than that. I wish there was an option to order just the papa on its own, so I had to order a whole another plate of food just to get a small potato. The food is fresh and hot. Furthermore, would I order again, probably not, not exactly sure.

Soles are great!.... Tacos de Canasta (6 Tacos) / Basket Tacos (6 Tacos) of chicharron were all grease, tortillas falling apart, bland tasting. Salsas have little kick so it helped out. Charro beans need more love when making them, they are bland.

I ordered the Tacos Dorados / Crispy Tacos and Sopes. the only thing I liked was the sopes. the tacos Tacos Dorados / Crispy Tacos lacked alot of flavor and just didn't taste good at all.
