Favorite almond FRANGIPANE CROISSANT ever!! It's flaky, crunchy, and rich in taste! First time trying this and im totally in love. 4" CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT TART ordered so many times and this has been my go-to tart. Never disappoints me!!

As always but their CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE is not chewy, it's definitely a crispy cookie but super tasty. The LEMON BAR is phenomenal and the perfect texture and tart. The CHOCOLATE RYE TEA CAKE is super moist and my kids loved it..

This banana cream pie is something I always have to return to every now and then but the parking near the bakery is pretty annoying so imagine my delight when I found out they deliver!! Their 4" BANANA CREAM TART is a truly delightful balance of flavors and textures. A generous layer of ripe banana pairs perfectly with smooth, balanced cream and a subtle touch of dark chocolate base that adds depth without overpowering. The crisp, multilayer pastry shell is beautifully crafted, offering a nice sturdy base. It’s a refined, satisfying dessert that’s both indulgent and elegant. Truly a beautifully crafted pie worthy of the premium price tag.

The Salmon Tartine was eXtraordinarily good today. Still got the carrot, even though I called to ask them not to include it. (It goes into compost, but that's still waste). The PAIN AU JAMBON was also delicious. The croissant that envelopes the ham is delicious all by itself, but the jambon makes it a meal. Damn good, too. The POPPYSEED COFFEE CAKE is one of my favorite pastries, rich in chocolate and espresso flavors. The CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE tastes homemade, it's so fresh, with the added kick of sea salt. The 4" BANANA CREAM TART is my all-time favorite pastry. Always fresh and impeccably made. I will never tire of it. The only thing I didn't like was the BRIOCHE RASPBERRY FIG JAM BUN . But that was only because they ran out of it just after I ordered. Tartine was eXtra sweet today, however, and sent me a cappuccino, perfectly made. Just to make up for the missing raspberry fig bun. xoxoxo

This is the most bakery of the 3 SF Tartine locations. I'm always in the mood for one of their fantastic sweets when I come here. The SMOKED SALMON TARTINE was (as always) delicious. My late mother taught me to have salmon at least once/week. Because Omega-3. Besides, smoked salmon is considered Indian food, so there's another reason to eat it. This was the first time I had the EGG SANDO. I was unfamiliar with steamed eggs, but it was very good. I added ham, which complemented it perfectly. The PAIN AU JAMBON W/JALAPENO was spicey, but ultimately satisfying -- too large to eat in one sitting, but it's fine the next day. I'd never had the GOUGERE before, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was perfectly savory -- to counter balance all the sweets I ordered. I will definitely order that again. Finally, the SLICE of CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE CAKE was something I'd been craving for months -- esp. ever since it was sadly substituted by Devil's Food Cake when Tartine Manufactory was out of it. It is definitely worth it. Many calories, but HEALTHY calories! I LOVE Tartine!
