I don't usually leave reviews on anything as I am not a picky eater. However it upsets me when the "best" items aren't even made there, as I can tell from experience that the dumplings and spring roll are shipped to their store pre-made. 

Save money on the spring rolls and dumplings by just heading to the Asian supermarket and buying them in packs. Same thing guaranteed.
Amazing Roll was not amazing at all. If you couldn't tell from reading the other reviews here and online, this place seems to be extremely cheap with their protein on sushi items. There was only a less than an inch in diameter of filling, which as stated consists of: (a thin strip of) crab meat, (a thin strip of) eel, and avocado. And I am very much serious when I say this: the layer of rice is the same size as the amount of filling. Avocado and pepper tuna on top means 90% avocado 10% tuna.

Chicken Udon noodles were bland.  However, I will give them this small credit for such a generous amount and the amount of chicken in there actually seems reasonable :)

Baked Salmon... first time I got it I couldn't even tell what it was. Spent several minutes picking it apart until I finally pieced the ingredients together. Here's what you're getting according to the menu: snow crab wrapped in salmon, baked and served with eel sauce. Very simple, easy to understand, should be easily identified when you come across item. Except it's not as it comes in small pieces of some sort of filler material that I can't quite identify mixed with crab meat(a whopping 80% filler, 20% crab meat) shaped into small logs the size of your thumb, wrapped in a single thin strip of salmon. You can see through the salmon and it's cooked. I'm suspecting this is also a pre-made product they get shipped in but I'm not sure as I've never seen it before.

Squid salad has the same amount of cucumber as there is squid, and not very much at that. Head on over to your nearest Asian supermarket for this also.
 
This is actually my second or third time ordering from this place, and I finally felt the need to address my experience with the food. It is very disappointing when you see the effort they put into the name of the restaurant and not even 50% of that effort into the food itself.

Everything was absolutely amazing and I wanted Hibachi Fried Rice without any protein and it's seasoned so good.

The rolls had SO much rice. I got the rainbow and kain kan rolls. The fish on top of the rainbow had such thin slivers it's almost transparent. Pretty disappointing... Taste was fine so I'd be willing to give it another shot.

So I have been trying every restaurant that serves hibachi in Baton Rouge and this is one I'll never order from again. It wasn't even hibachi, it was beef and veggies. Like a Chinese dish. It was tough beef strips. Wasn't steak. And the veggies were steamed and not cooked on a grill.

The sushi rolls were super jam packed into the container so all of the rice stuck to each other and Wasabi got on several pieces since it was such a tight fit. Everything tasted good once it was pried apart.
