this is the old energy bar restaurant that was on Jerusalem and Broadway in massapequa. just as awesome as I remember it! the new additions to the menu like the medi panini were great. highly recommend!

best healthy food anywhere in the area. awesome smoothies. the owner Fay is the nicest person ever. this is the same place as the old energy bar on Jerusalem in massapequa.

Not only was the Powerhouse Chicken Wrap good, the Energy Cookie (2 pack) were the best cookies I've ever eaten in my life.

I ordered a salad and they had a mandatory requirement to add a wrap choice and it comes as a wrap and not a salad which I didnt want. Im a little disappointed for the price I paid I feel like I would have gotten more with a salad then I did with the wrap.
