• 3/31/25Really the perfect Philly. Has the right ratio of meat to mushroom to onion. Portion size is generous for the price. The roll is incredible. Slightly chewy but doesn't come apart while you eat it. Onion rings have a good portion and they're beer battered and cooked in clean oil. They taste amazing. Highly recommend this place.

It was still warm, seasoned very well, I added extra cheese which was perfect, and the portion size is a great value for the price!! Onion rings were just okay because the grease did taste a bit old. Other than that, excellent meal

• 12/27/25I love love LOVE their cheesesteaks!! Their Onion rings are so insanely delicious as well and they actually fill up the box so they're well worth the price!the French fries are delicious plain or with the cheese sauce! I'm always amazed at how great everything is and how consistent all items in my orders are. This is my #1 place to go for cheesesteaks and Onion rings always!

• 2/10/25First time ordering from this place and it was hands down the best Philly cheese steak I've had in a long time! I ordered the Pizza Philly and the Mushroom Philly. The meat was juicy and not dried out, the cheese was cheesy and gooey, the bread was deliciously soft! I'm definitely ordering from here again!

I ordered Taste of Philly today for lunch because they had a buy-one-get-one free deal, which was already a great value. The food itself was excellent, great flavor and everything tasted fresh.
Unfortunately my first order was picked up by a DoorDash driver who stole the food. DoorDash quickly fixed the issue and reordered it for me from the same restaurant.
When the replacement order arrived, I opened the bag and found a handwritten note attached to a brownie they included for free. The note apologized that the driver stole my order and thanked me for supporting their business.
I honestly teared up a little reading it.
They had no idea what I’ve personally been going through lately, but that small act of kindness completely changed my day. Someone took a moment during a busy shift to care about a stranger, and that means more than they probably realize.
The food was great, but the customer service, kindness, and heart behind this restaurant is what truly stood out.
Taste of Philly didn’t just send lunch today — they sent kindness.
I will absolutely be ordering from them again.
