The Pad Thai was enjoyable, and I appreciated that the restaurant followed my instructions by making it mildly spicy and omitting egg. The spice level was exactly as requested. However, I did notice some yellow pieces in the dish that appeared similar to egg, so I was unsure whether they were part of another ingredient or related to the preparation process. Aside from that, the dish had good flavor and was satisfying.
The Sticky Rice & Mango was excellent and served as the highlight of the meal. The mango was sweet, the sticky rice was well prepared, and adding the coconut milk elevated the dessert even further. Much like a well-balanced recipe where every ingredient complements the next, the combination of mango, sticky rice, and coconut milk created a rich and memorable dessert experience.
One area where the menu could improve is by offering a wider variety of vegan, vegetarian, and seafood dishes. Expanding these options would provide more choices for customers with different dietary preferences.
Overall, the meal was enjoyable, the instructions were followed for the most part, and the food was well worth the price. I was pleased with the quality, flavor, and value and would happily order again.

I love Taste of Thai so much, in my 4 and a half years at MSU, Taste of Thai was the number one spot I went with people visiting from out of town, friends, family, etc. Most consistent place in all of East Lansing and consistently amazing at that!!! I will miss this place the most out of anything in East Lansing and would 1,000% go out of my way to come back some day. If you're debating coming here and you're in the mood for Thai food, do yourself a favor and try this place ASAP!!!!

The only downside of this place is that it's so good and comforting I end up making poor financial ddecisions to eat it more often (the portions are great and the thai tea is very good.) Lots of vegan/vegetarian options!Pad See EwThai Iced Tea
