First time ordering.
Sandwich was messy but pretty flavorless. Steak was full of chewy gristle. No pepperjack, only cheddar.
Asked for crispy fries with extra salt, got soggy fries with no salt.
Overall a disappointment. Too many other sandwich shops and bodegas around that do the same thing but better and cheaper.

I've ordered a cheesesteak from here before and it was good. Today, it was soggy (couldn't tell if it was greasy or just soggy) and completely lacked flavor. I ended up eating a few bites and threw the rest out. I will likely not be ordering from here again, it was a big disappointment on a cheat day...
