Chef Special Lamb in the Stick / 牙 簽 羊 肉 and the 28. Chef Special Green Bean / 乾 扁 四 季 豆. Best I've had & I've traveled to Chengdu. Also, great value. $100 fed 6 big eaters!

74. Mapo Tofu / 麻 婆 豆 腐 and 88. Spicy & Sour Pan Fried Potato / 酸 辣 土 豆 絲 are solid and perfect with Rice. I wouldn't get the 15. Chef Rice Noodle / 街 頭 火鍋 粉 and 3. Spicy Jelly Noodle / 傷 心 涼粉 again. Not much flavor in either dish. The 100. Sweet Rice Cake was disappointing. It was way too greasy. 60. Spicy Stew Beef Egg Noodle/Rice Noodle / 紅 袋烧牛肉 麵 /米 線 and 4. Chef Potato / 街头土豆 were okay. 19. Cumin Lamb/Beef / 孜 然 羊 肉/牛 肉 was unexpectedly grainy. I don't recall this issue when I had it previously. Might be an off-night with the spices. Portion sizes are expected. No issues with freshness either.

The chicken with chili and hot sauce (40) was amazing, great amount of food and the Dan Dan noodles were delicious!!

Dan dan noodles were delicious and great value. Mapo tofu doesn't have meat and isn't as good as other places but is a solid choice

The fish with pickled veggies is so good. This entree normally comes with a lot of chilies and spicy. It is described as mild spicy. But it really is very spicy for someone who can just handle a little bit of spicy. I have ordered several times in the past and asked not spicy and still get too many chilies. Decided to give them a try again and this time they actually made it mild. If you like spicy this entree is great. If you don't like spicy make sure to let them know in comments section and you will enjoy the dish. I highly recommend!
