Cookies come chilled/semi-frozen in plastic wrapping as if they've been in a refrigerator or freezer. They aren't made fresh. Oven is the preferred way to heat them per Taylor Chips website (there are no instructions on the wrapper, 300 degrees for several minutes). Cookies are definitely soft baked. They're just okay. 3/10. I've definitely had better for $6 per cookie. There's no need to try these again imo. They aren't memorable.
